Some Random Thoughts
First and most importantly, how cute is my new blog header? I have been working with the über-talented Melissa Danis to capture the essence of me and my blog and I do not think she could have done a better job. What do you think? We are in the process of re-designing my site too, so be on the look out for new changes!
Secondly, a while ago a friend of mine from Graduate School wrote a sweet little poem about me and I came across it today and thought I would share it. I was surprised at how well he got me, especially since we never really spent that much time together outside of school.

though we are from very different places
and if the truth be told
we head different places
she is indeed a unique and cherished individual
with great worldly travels
and a nature that is cherishable
despite the way my humor, her bearing unravels
she still calls me a friend (I pretend to be mean to her, it's an act. I love upsetting her sensibilities, only to hint it's just a joke.)
her heart though is like mine
a true traveler
but not quite a nomad
my greatest compliment
don't change

Lastly, I am off this weekend to dive with the whale sharks in the Atlanta Aquarium. I cannot wait to write an entry about this magical experience! Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do/see/eat in peach capitol?
