Mi Loca Aventura de Nicaragua el Día 4
I woke up to this view of the harbor outside my bedroom window.

Certainly not a bad way to start the day, right?
Adrienne and I had made grand plans to drive to Costa Rica and explore the Guanacaste coast the previous day, however as we devoured our breakfast we both knew that in our heart of hearts we could not leave this resort. So, the day was pretty much spent soaking up every minute that we could.
Oh, and of course finding time to smell the flowers...
And to jump for joy...
And for tender moments between best friends...
Again, we were blessed with a terrific sunset. This time we celebrated it with café con leche's and chocolate cake. Yes, just before dinner; rules were made to broken!

In sticking with the theme for the day, we dined at one of the resort's restaurants, La Cascada.

I, of course, had a mojito. What can I say, they are like water to me.

Adrienne, of course, befriended another cat. This time she named her Defe, in honor of her favorite Spanish word: definitivamente.

This is my favorite picture of the 2 of us on the entire trip. A toast to the adventures of La China y La Chela!
